Welcome.
I’m Dr. Payal Beri, former clinical therapist, organizational psychologist, researcher, podcast host and empathy storyteller.
I study how we become who we are, how we relate, and how we begin to change, especially in a world that often wants us to stay divided, distracted, or discouraged.
Reframing Perspectives with Payal Beri, PhD, is where I share what I’m seeing, learning, and unlearning.
It’s a love letter to people who want to feel more connected, more grounded, and feel compelled to make an impact bigger than themselves, in their personal worlds or the world at large.
Because the more we understand ourselves, the context of our society, our relationships, and the world we’ve inherited, the better we communicate, connect, and build the lives and communities we want to live in.
