Meet Ashley Zaslav
Ashley completed her coaching certification at the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University and has her Brain Based Coaching Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
She brings to coaching an approach informed by neuroscience and psychology to help all individuals optimally leverage what makes us uniquely human to lead and perform at our best. Prior to launching her own coaching firm, Ashley was in the CEO Practice at Spencer Stuart where she worked with Fortune 500 Boards on CEO Succession Planning - identifying, assessing and developing their future potential CEO talent. She also spent the early part of her career in capital raising and advisory at TPG/Brooklands Capital Strategies and at Bridgewater Associates working throughout her tenure for the Founder and Co-CEO supporting culture development and business operations.
