Hi there! I’m Payal Beri.
A background with a masters in clinical psychology, PhD (2021) in Organizational psychology and 10+ years experience developing global leadership programs for fortune 500 companies, I am a mindset coach, speaker and facilitator for highly driven empathic women entrepreneurs and professional leaders, ready to trade in negative thinking and self-doubt for confidence using emotional intelligence techniques in our work and immersive experiences.
After years of research, I’ve designed a 3 pillar framework of compassion for self, empathy for others, and accountability for both that builds effective communication increases trust, strengthens relationships.
When I’m not passionately talking about empathy in the world, you can find me reading a new fiction book (history nerd alert) or before covid times, travelling the world and experiencing new cultural experiences firsthand.
